An informal meeting aimed at deepening mutual understanding between politicians, spiritual leaders of different religions and denominations, government officials, business representatives, and others, and at uniting in prayer for Ukraine, for victory, and for justice.

The idea of the event

The Prayer Breakfast of Ukraine is a continuation of a long tradition that dates back to similar events in the United States, where the first Prayer Breakfast was held in 1953 with the participation of President Dwight Eisenhower. In Ukraine, the history of Prayer Breakfasts began in 2009. This year's National Prayer Breakfast of Ukraine under the patronage of the President of Ukraine will be held on June 29, 2024 in Kyiv.
The event will be attended by: The President of Ukraine, the leadership of the Parliament, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, key ministers, members of the U.S. Parliament and Congress, representatives of diplomatic and international religious missions, representatives of various denominations of Ukraine, charitable organizations and foundations, military veterans, chaplains and families of fallen heroes.

For security reasons, the venue will be announced in a separate letter prior to the event.

This year, a number of events are planned for international guests within the framework of the National Prayer Breakfast of Ukraine under the patronage of the President, which will take place on June 28-30.

The working languages of the event are Ukrainian and English. The organizers will provide translation for the guests of the event.

The event will last about two hours, however, you should take into account the time for security checks.
